working principle:
When the disc crusher is working, the motor transmits the power to the transmission part via the V-belt, so that the moving disc and the fixed grinding disc move relative to each other, thereby crushing the incoming material. The material pulverization is carried out in the working chamber, and the material enters the hopper from the feeding port above the end cover, enters the middle of the two grinding discs through the feeding port, and the sample is pulverized by extrusion and grinding, and the pulverized sample is separated from the gap between the two grinding discs. It flows out and falls into the hopper below.
