Working principle

 Linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motors. When two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting force produced by the eccentric block counteracts each other in the transverse exciting force, and the longitudinal exciting force is transmitted to the whole screen surface, so the trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The direction of the exciting force is inclined to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the exciting force and the gravity of the material, the material is thrown and jumped forward in a straight line motion on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material.
